The Mobile Betting
Mobile betting! The significance of mobile betting and its impact on our industry is this week's big story To understand the importance of mobile betting consider this: Online gambling has been regulated in just five states since 2013, while sports betting has been regulated in nearly twenty states and barely over a year. I recommend a new online casinos for NZ in October 2019 at Casinoslots. Estimates are that up to 40 states could have regulated sports betting in just the next five years and many of those states will allow players to make their bets on their mobile devices... and that my friends could open some pretty big doors! You see not all online betting is mobile, but all mobile betting is online... unless of course you're visiting a casino physically on their property and just using their Wi-Fi to connect... but that's not what we're talking about here! Now as more and more states accept online wagers via mobile devices, the more it becomes clear that payment processing, age verification, and geolocation WORK! With those things successfully in place, and sports bets being successfully accepted online, there will be no technical reason for states not to expand into fully blown online gambling regulation. Mobile sports betting will crush the objections of those who say that online gambling regulation can't work logistically. And the more mobile betting spreads, the more opportunity there will be to regulate online casino games and poker. So where is mobile betting live right now? And where will it be live in the near future? We'll talk about that right after the break... ahh...Las Vegas, Nevada tonight it's Friday night... and little overcast little bit of this little bit of that...we've got a we got a low pressure coming in... low pressures coming in we're gonna have a little bit of rain little thunderstorms here and there...but I'm from California and we had that and it's coming this way, it's all good... don't worry about folks here in Las Vegas it's gonna be good weather from tomorrow... ah ah all the way out... Thank you sir... I think the forecast is for mostly beers through the rest of the night. Yes sir! Yea it is beers! It is beers, sir! Betting on sports went live in Iowa a couple of weeks ago and now players have access to betting applications from William Hill and DraftKings... but hey Iowa isn't the only place where these apps are live. Mississippi allows players to place bets on their mobile devices... as does New Jersey, where bet365 just became the 15th app available in the Garden State... unless I've lost count somewhere... which is totally possible, considering how quickly things are moving. West Virginia will also be welcoming mobile sports betting soon with applications rolling out from DraftKings and FanDuel. And speaking of states where mobile sports betting is about to launch... Rhode Island Montana Indiana Tennessee and New Hampshire... all have approved sports betting regulations... and all have plans to allow mobile sports betting! So you see, the mobile March across America continues... and as it does, it's gaining momentum! Finally this week, it was just announced that Hooters Casino in Las Vegas is going to be rebranding by the end of the year. The new casino will be known simply as AH YA... or OH YO? Oh ya? Ah yo? O-Y-O? I really have no idea. The point is you only have until the end of 2019 to get to Hooters casino. After that, if you like looking at scantily clad, well-proportioned young women, well you're just gonna have to go... to... any other casino, bar, or restaurant in the greater Las Vegas area. Yea. Swing, Batter! Batter!
